Morning. Here is another goat run cycle. This one was the mummy goat. Mr Phil did these, the whole project was traditional 2D.
Here is Mr Pauls letter from Clarence House. This was a thank you note to him for doing the design for the bookmarks for schools tie in for the Prince's Rainforest Project. We did a load of films for the PRP you tube pages, which Paul was heavily involved in. Here is my favourite one which Mr Paul did himself.
Here is another Tweenies still. This was when Milo and Bella were having a race. The tree's used in this in Cg were modeled from the trees we did in stop motion for a short called The Village With the 3 Corners back in 1990. One of the trees has been wondering round the studio in all that time. So Mr Paul decided to use it again. Lucky Tree.
Here is a lovely thanks picture given to us from the director of Robbie the Reindeer thanking us for our work on the storyboards and the Vikings back story section (which you can see a still of the construction here). All made special by the googly eyes!
Hi, late post today as we have had trouble with our server.
Here is the last one of these I have which were saved by Mr Paul. It's funny because you (mostly) always end up missing a project when its all finished. I personally miss working on Albie as it was one of the last completely 2D traditional projects we worked on. I miss my lightbox. Well, a little bit.
This little drawing (that is not tea stained, it got wet when Mr Pauls room flooded) is one of the many tit bits of scribbles that appear when an animator is probably on his (or her) 11th hour straight animating highly detailed drawn animation and just occasionally it's fun to get some frustration out on a little cartoon. This was drawn by Mr Phil, I think this stemmed from having to do some intricate animation whilst a character is wearing an elaborate pirate hat.
Here are some rough character animation frames from the Madonna video 'Dear Jessie' we worked on at the end of the 80's for Animation City. This was her last 80's single in fact.
