Screen Grab
Here is a screen grab from FinalCutPro. We use that to do animatics. What you can see open on the timeline is an 11 minute episode of Driver Dan's Story Train. The blue clips are storyboard stills and the green clips are sound. There are 11 tracks of sound, 1 is blips and FX guide for the animators, 2 is Dan, 345 and 6 are the kids tracks then the final four are always the characters tracks.
